These guidelines explain how residential curbside bin cleaning is intended to work.
Bins should be emptied by the waste collection provider and left accessible at the agreed service location. Please remove loose household items or materials that were not emptied during collection.
Customers are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the bins. Locked gates, blocked bins, vehicles, animals or other access restrictions may prevent service.
Normal trash residue, odors and routine household bin grime are the focus of the service. Hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, medical waste, excessive solid waste or other unsafe contents may prevent cleaning.
Severe weather, equipment issues, waste collection delays or other conditions outside our control may require a route to be adjusted. When practical, Bros N Bins will communicate significant scheduling changes.
Our goal is a visibly cleaner, sanitized and deodorized bin. Permanent staining, discoloration, damage, embedded material and normal wear may remain after cleaning.
