These terms apply to residential trash bin cleaning services provided by Bros N Bins. Booking or accepting service indicates agreement to the applicable service price and these terms.
Service dates and route timing may depend on local waste collection schedules, route availability, weather and equipment availability. Service may be rescheduled when reasonably necessary.
Customers must provide accurate contact and service information and make eligible bins safely accessible for service. Bins should be emptied before cleaning.
Bros N Bins may decline to clean a bin when doing so would be unsafe or unreasonable, including bins containing hazardous materials, chemicals, medical waste, excessive remaining waste or conditions that could damage equipment or create a safety risk.
Current pricing and any recurring service terms will be disclosed before purchase. Any future online payment processing may be handled by a third party payment provider.
Cleaning is intended to remove ordinary residue and reduce odors associated with routine residential trash use. Permanent stains, discoloration, physical damage, embedded materials and ordinary wear are not guaranteed to be removed.
