These terms apply to residential trash bin cleaning services provided by Bros N Bins. Booking or accepting service indicates agreement to the applicable service price and these terms.
Service dates and route timing may depend on local waste collection schedules, route availability, weather and equipment availability. Service may be rescheduled when reasonably necessary.
Customers must provide accurate contact and service information and make eligible bins safely accessible for service. Bins should be emptied before cleaning.
Bros N Bins may decline to clean a bin when doing so would be unsafe or unreasonable, including bins containing hazardous materials, chemicals, medical waste, excessive remaining waste or conditions that could damage equipment or create a safety risk.
Current pricing and recurring service terms will be disclosed before purchase. The Initial Deep Clean is available as a separate one time service. Monthly subscribers receive the advertised monthly rate for their first standard cleaning. Any future online payment processing may be handled by a third party payment provider.
For new monthly subscriptions starting October 8, 2026, the customer agrees to a minimum of three completed monthly cleanings. To cancel, the customer must provide at least 14 days notice before the next scheduled cleaning by contacting Bros N Bins. If a customer cancels before completing three cleanings, the first completed visit will be repriced at the then agreed regular Initial Deep Clean rate for the same number of bins, and any amounts already paid for that visit will be credited. Other completed visits remain billed at their agreed recurring rate. Any resulting balance will be disclosed and charged in accordance with the customer's agreed payment terms. After three completed monthly cleanings, there is no early cancellation charge, although 14 days notice is still required before the next scheduled visit. These terms apply to new monthly subscriptions and do not retroactively change existing customer agreements. Quarterly and biweekly plans are governed by the terms disclosed when those plans are purchased.
Cleaning is intended to remove ordinary residue and reduce odors associated with routine residential trash use. Permanent stains, discoloration, physical damage, embedded materials and ordinary wear are not guaranteed to be removed.
